The Concentric Circles
the Concentric Circles
of Trust and Accountability
Please consult the “How Ought We Organize” tab for more justification
for the structure of our organization. It is under the “Advocate” Tab.
How it Works
Members reside in any one of six of the circles in the diagram. The size of the circle’s area represents the amount of trust and responsibility the member has earned through their actions and evidence of their commitment. As members address the source and uphold and practice the principles of the organization, they are trusted more and offered more responsibility.
Across all circles, there is the line of accountability for standards of integrity and accountability. No one is immune from accountability in Address the Source.
